Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Free shipping: Available for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Missing or Lost Parcels
If you do not receive your order or it appears lost, contact our customer service immediately.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Missed Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made, or your parcel will be left at a pickup point.
You will receive a notification with details on where and when to collect it.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse a delivery, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Cancellations & Order Adjustments
